..On Saturday Cantelowes (phase one) opened its gates, it was really nice to see all the locals appear out of the cracks and also enough youngster enjoying the new bank. So come down and get creative.

New Zine

Some random person dropped these off the other day. Elevate is a Christian based zine that has an interview with Christian Hosoi and how he found Christ. I'm not too sure how long this will sit in the shop, but if you do need guidance I'm sure listening to some Slayer would be far more beneficial.

Cantelowes Skatepark due for 21 August

Spoke to head of parks and open spaces yesterday to try and get a date for the first phase of Cantelowes opening as it's over 2 weeks behind and the answer is 21 August. Fingers crossed that this date will not become another false promise.

Cantelowes Skatepark Photos Part 3

Well as always with council ventures things get put back further and further and Camden council is a prime example. The photo was taken early this week and still no sign of any concrete being laid and also Hareth one of the designers of the new Cantelowes came in the shop to inform me that the temporary street area wouldn't be finished for up to a month now and they have also changed some parts of the design too, I will be checking out the progression of the park every week and posting new photos.
