Phil Frost Exhibition

Went to the Phil Frost exhibition at Elms Lesters Gallery (near center point), really good show check it out if you have the chance and what can I say Phil Frost is one of the nicest people I've ever met cheers for doing the T.

What an interesting day, got to meet Mark Gonzales at DPMHI due to his up coming exhibition/release of the Communion Priest toy which blows bubbles. He ended up doing a Tuesday one which was really cool, I like to thank everyone at DPMHI for the day. There will be some DPMHI product available in the shop soon.

Dead Vans

Cantelowes Meeting.

The Cantelocals had a meeting last night to talk about the street area, there was a small turn out but highly productive. It was nice of Badger to come along and give some good advice, the main concern of the evening was that a bank was going to be placed at the entrance of the park to be used as a roll in with a rail on the side, but as the park is on a slope there is no need for this and the run up to the rail is far too short, so hopefully the council and contractors will agree in not building it and place a block of some sort instead. All in all the park is still looking to open at the end of November which is not too far away. The night was ended in true Tuesday crew style with Hareth, Victor & myself going skating at Sainsbury's carpark with manuals & boardslides galore.

This has to be the strangest signed item for the shop, read it and weep, cheers Ben and Barry Scott.

Cantelowes Skatepark The Bowls are coming!!!!

Well its seems like the contractors are finally working hard up at Cantelowes, just hope the rain will ease off for the park to be open at the end of the month.

Tuesday has just received our first order of Vans, 4 styles which are Authentic, Sk8-Hi, Half Cabs and T.N.T II (not shown).

Phase One

..On Saturday Cantelowes (phase one) opened its gates, it was really nice to see all the locals appear out of the cracks and also enough youngster enjoying the new bank. So come down and get creative.

New Zine

Some random person dropped these off the other day. Elevate is a Christian based zine that has an interview with Christian Hosoi and how he found Christ. I'm not too sure how long this will sit in the shop, but if you do need guidance I'm sure listening to some Slayer would be far more beneficial.
